Free Shipping
Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders above ₹500 within India. Standard delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days, subject to your pin code and courier availability. The Nireeti Nest reserves the right to extend delivery timelines due to force majeure events, courier disruptions, or logistical challenges beyond our reasonable control. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Express Delivery
Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for ₹149 and is subject to availability in your location. Express orders placed after 12:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
Handcrafted Item Variations
As our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, and dimensions are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique — this is the mark of authentic craftsmanship, not imperfection.
Shipping Delays
The Nireeti Nest shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, national holidays, public emergencies, or government restrictions. We commit to keeping you informed and resolving such situations with utmost care.
7-Day Return Policy
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@thenireetinest.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised or bespoke items, sale items, items with personalised engravings or modifications, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
Handcrafted Variation Disclaimer
Returns will not be accepted solely on the grounds of minor natural variations in handcrafted items, as these are intrinsic to artisan-made goods. Photographs of product listings are representative; the delivered item may exhibit slight differences in grain, tone, or texture.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
